Terrence Brent Rapley, 37, of 544 Circle Drive, entered into eternal rest on March 6, 2026, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was born in Prince George County, Maryland on May 22, 1988, a son of Tony Rapley, Sr. and Shavon Wade.
He attended Greenwood County Public Schools and was a graduate of Emerald High School in 2006 where he excelled in sports.
He visited many family churches and was employed at a Plant in the Greenville Area and Rapley and Sons Trucking.
Surviving are: his father, Tony (Jennifer) Rapley, Sr.; his mother, Shavon Wade; one sister, LaTorra Rapley; 3 step-sisters, Dasharel Day, Lauren Butler and Adrian Butler; one brother, Tony Rapley, Jr.; two step-brothers, Ketorrius Brown and Camelle Hill; four children, Kemauri A’Zion Rapley, Brynleigh Kate Rapley, Jai Mariel Rapley and Tymere Anious Rapley ; one uncle, Dan Rappley (Donna), two aunts, Bonnie (Barry) Jones and Vera( William) Moore and a host of other nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Juanita Washington and Horace Rapley, Jr., and a brother, Gregory Wade.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 16, 2026, at The Little River Multicultural Complex. Mr. Rapley will be placed in the LRMC at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Evening Star Cemetery.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in the Percival-Tompkins Chapel.
