Sonya Lynette Elmore 55 of 312 Virginia Avenue, Greenwood wife of Charles Elmore entered into eternal rest on January 23 , 2023. She was born in Birmingham Alabama June 3, 1967 a daughter of the Roosevelt Mark and Scottie Alexander.
She is survived by her husband of the home; a daughter, Carmen Coleman of Birmingham, AL; four sisters, Henrietta Grant, Shirley Elmore, Eleire Gailbrow, and Mary Crawford; two brothers, William Elmore, and James Elmore; nieces, Carla Grant, Kema Martain and Waretta Martain; brother in laws, Warren Martain, Norria Crawford and James Gailbrow. Percival Tompkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
