Roger Foster Obituary
Roger Dale Foster, 65, of 15613 Hwy 221 S, Waterloo, SC, husband of Lottie (Mae Mae) Foster, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023.
He was the son of Louise Anderson Foster and the late Robert Lee Foster, Sr. He graduated from Greenwood High
School, Class of 1977 and was previously employed with Greenwood Mills, Harris Plant. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Coronaca.
He is survived by in addition to his wife of the home, his mother of Greenwood; two sons, Rodgiss Foster of Greenwood and Terrence Foster of Waterloo; three brothers, Douglas (Doris) Foster of Waterloo, Randy (Alfreda) Foster and Charles (Sherri) Foster both of Greenwood; one sister, Rosa (Donald, Sr.) Anderson of Greenwood; two half sisters, Teresa Mansel and Betty Carroll both of Greenwood; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Services will be held Monday, August 7, 2023 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Coronaca at 1:00 PM with Reverend Cartrell Blume officiating. Burial will be in the Andrew Chapel Cemetery in Cokesbury, SC
Public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 6, 2023 starting at 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
The family is at the home.
