On June 15, 1963, the late Eddie B. and Sarah L. Phillips welcomed a fourth child; to whom the name was given Randy Phillips.
Randy attended Greenwood High School and for an extensive amount of his life worked at Mayville Engineering Company. More recently, Randy found joy working as a transporter for Mr. Jones Enterprise.
In his spare time, Randy enjoyed watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, fishing, shooting bow and arrows, and going to Walmart with his buddy and nephew Travis.
On November 20, 2023, Randy Phillips, at the age of 60, transitioned from this mortal realm into a peaceful slumber.
Randy leaves behind a legacy of three men: Randrikus Holloway, Leonard Childs and Tyler Phillips (Shanita Hart); 15 grandchildren, Tiari Holloway, Tionna Holloway, Jaylin Holloway, A’Jayce Holloway, Raegan Holloway, Amira Robinson, Lenorian Childs, Lanyia Childs, London Crawford, Jaila Childs, Nylia Collins, Adriana Parks, Leevi Phillips, Braelyn Phillips, and Jayla Green; one sister, Sara Phillips; one brother, Tony Phillips (Sonya); one sister-in-law, Louise Phillips; Nieces, Maria Phillips, Teresa Phillips (Chester), Bethany Boozer, Sharon Moore-Carter, and Tamesha Strong; Nephews, Travis Phillips, Stacy Phillips (Jennifer), and Roderick Prince; and a host of great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
