Phillip "Bird" Jerome Frazier, 63, of 717 Weldon Avenue, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Self Regional Medical Center. He was born in Greenwood County April 1, 1960, a son of the late Thomas Frazier and Hattie Ruth Ray Frazier.
Surviving are two sons: Phillip Devontae Frazier and Terrance Lamonte Holloway (Crystal) of Greenville, SC; five daughters: Fanesha Dianne Holloway, Patia Thomas, Teirra Thomas and Resheka Backus all of Greenwood, and Andrea Workman of North Augusta, SC; three brothers: Richard Frazier (Vanessa), Marcus Goode (Vickie), and Thomas Frazier, Jr. (Mamie) all of Greenwood; two sisters: Sylvia A. Frazier of Knoxville, TN and Melissa G. Sales (Leon) of Greenwood; 14 grandchildren; one great grandchild; a special friend, Sheila Gaskin of Greenwood; and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to cherish his memory.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Friday, December 22, 2023, at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Rev. Annette Edwards officiating. Mr. Frazier will be placed in the church at 1 PM. Public viewing will be from 1-6 PM on Thursday, December 21, 2023, in the Percival-Tompkins Chapel. The family is at the home.
