Mattie Lee Baker 75, of 1548 Parkway Court 5-E widow Early Baker entered into eternal rest on May 30, 2023. She was born in Greenwood County April 6, 1948 a daughter of Jasper Callaham and Josie Hill Callaham. She was a homemaker and member of Bethel Missionlary Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory three children, Linda Ann Camper, Rose Marie Baker and Willie Earl Baker; four sisters, Barbara Jean Williams, Mary Frances Griffin, Joann Callaham and Janie Bell Callaham; her grandchildren, Terrence Baker, Antrell Baker(Darius Mangle), Tiera Camper, Crystal Anderson, Kayla Baker, Christopher Davis, Andrakus Franklin, Kenneth Baker Niger, Baker and Roderick Baker and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Services will be held 1PM Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 296 Church Street, Cross Hill 29332 with Bishop Emanuel Spearman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Baker will be placed in the church at Noon. Public viewing will be from 1-6 pm Monday, June 5, 2023 at the funeral home.
The family is at the home 1548 Parkway Court Apt 5- E. Percival Tompkins Funeral Hom is honored to serve the Baker family.
