Mary Frances Belcher 73, of 400 Pampas Drive Apt # 414 entered into eternal rest on September 22, 2023. She was born October 9, 1949 a daughter of Izora M. Belcher and the late Luther Belcher, Sr.
Frances loved children, listening to gospel music and conversations with friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Luther Belcher, Jr and James A. Belcher.
Surviving in addition to her mother of the home, Ojetter B. Williams of Hodges, SC; two brothers, Larry Belcher, Sr of Hodges, SC and Freddie (Dorothy Belcher of Greenwood, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a special cousin, Bessie Norris of Stockbridge, GA.
