James " BOOTY" Harling

James Edward "Booty" Harling, 85, of 1112 Gary Road, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at his home.  He was the son of the late James Harling and Golden Smith Harling.  He was a member of Holy Spring Baptist Church and retired from Cullen Electrical.
He is survived by three sons James Bruce Harling of Greenwood,  Vernon Barry Harling and Jeffrey Fernando Harling both of Hodges, SC;  a daughter, Jessie Lagroone of Greenwood; a brother, Reverend Marion Harling of  Hodges; four grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11 AM at Holy Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Amos Harling officiating.  Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.   Public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 21, 2023 starting  at  Noon until 6 PM.
The family is at the home of his son, Jeffrey Harling, 1104 Gary Road, Hodges, SC.
