Elease Elmore Lagroone

Elease Elmore Lagroone 74, of 114 Darlington Street, Greenwood, SC entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Prisma Health in Greenville, SC.

She was born in Greenwood County January 9, 1948 a daughter of the late Willie Elmore and Mamie Lee Morgan Elmore. She was a member of Johns Creek Baptist Church.

She was employed with Magnolia Manor Nursing Home for many years.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, John E.  Elmore, Calvin Ray Elmore, Mary Ellen Quarles and Julia Pittman.

Surviving are two sons, Roderick ( Deborah) Blackman of Greenwood, SC ,Michael Blackman of  Atlanta, GA; six daughters, Brenda S. Williams of Simpsonville, SC, Helen Lonzo of Atlanta, GA, Lisa (Garrett) Speach of Simpsonville, SC, Candice Blackman of Piedmont, SC , Jennifer Blackman of Greenville, SC , and Kimberly Blackman of Greenwood, SC ; two brothers, Rev. Willie Elmore Jr. ( Rosetta) of Newberry SC, Robert Elmore and James Carl(Lorraine) Elmore of Greenwood, SC; two sisters, Daisy Rhunette Wells and Josie P. Elmore of Greenwood, SC; a special friend, Ronald Moore of Greenwood, SC; 24 grandchildren one reared in the home, Deandre Price and a host of  great grandchildren , gg grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
