Deloris Johnson, 71, of Magnolia Manor, entered into eternal rest on June 29, 2025, at Self Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Greenwood County on March 31, 1954, a daughter of Johnny Quarles and Lillie Pearl Johnson Quarles.
She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church where she served on the Choir. She was formerly employed with Greenwood Packing and Greenwood Mills.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a son, Derrick Johnson, of Greenwood; three brothers: Eric Quarles (Kim), Willie Johnson and Kennedy Terry, all of Greenwood; four sisters: Ernestine Johnson, Denise Quarles, Lillian Denise Starks, all of Greenwood, and Marie Davis (Stanley) of Rock Hill, SC; two grandchildren, Arkese Johnson of Greenville, SC and Malaki Johnson of Abbeville, SC; one great grandchild “Trey”; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in the Percival-Tompkins Chapel with Rev. Eric Morton officiating. Interment will follow in Oakbrook Memorial Park.
Public viewing will be from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the Funeral Home.
