Barbara (Holmes) Hall

Barbara Holmes Hall, 68, of 612 Westridge Road, Columbia, SC, entered into eternal rest on December 24, 2025, at her home.

She was born in Greenwood, SC on October 26, 1957, a daughter of the late T.B. Holmes and Willie Mae Higgins Holmes.

She was a former Nurse and worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield for over 30 years.

She was a graduate of Greenwood High Class of 1975.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Alberta Partlow, Bessie Harrison, William Holmes, Robert Holmes, Rufus Williams and Terry Holmes.

Surviving are: a daughter, Tamika Hall, of Columbia, SC; three brothers, Anthony Holmes and Eugene Williams of Edgefield, SC and Otis Williams of Augusta, GA; five sisters, Angela Donato (Troy) of Slidell, LA, Lillie Belcher (Robert), Willie Rappley and Dorothy Holmes of Greenwood, SC, and Janice Harris (Jerry) of Augusta, GA; a granddaughter, Jasmine Williams of Columbia, SC; two step children, Greta Hall of Charlotte, NC and Malcolm Hall of Greenwood, SC; a special friend, Derell Jeffcoat; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Percival-Tompkins Chapel with Rev. Eartha Bowman officiating.

The family is at their respective homes.
