Angela Morgan

Ms. Angela Morgan, 61, of McCormick Post Acute, entered into eternal rest and peace on Friday, May 22, 2026.

She was born in Greenwood County on May 14, 1965, a daughter of the late Timothy Morgan, Sr. and Effie Geneva Fisher Morgan.

She was a member of Morris Chapel Baptist Church and formerly employed with Big Lots.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Gregory Morgan.

Surviving are two daughters, LaShae Morgan and Stephanie Morgan (Christopher Morton), of Greenwood; a brother, Timothy Morgan, Jr. (Phyllis), of Greenwood; one aunt, Bobbie Williams, of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Kendrick Morgan, Jayce Morgan and Omari Morgan; and a host of other relatives and friends to cherish her memory.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Morris Chapel Baptist Church with Bishop Oliver T. McCray, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Evening Star Cemetery.

Ms. Morgan will lie in state from 1 PM until 2 PM on Saturday at Morris Chapel Baptist Church.

Public viewing will be from 1 PM until 6 PM on Friday, May 29, 2026 at the Funeral Home.
